The 65-run ninth wicket partnership between Wayne Parnell (49 off 47 balls) and Dale Steyn (35 off 19 balls) off just 38 balls nearly did the trick before South Africa, in pursuit of a 299-run winning target, were all out for 297. South Africa, on their part, got off to a positive start. After the first five-over lull, their openers Herschelle Gibbs (27) and Loots Bosman (29) broke lose to reach 50 in 7.3 overs before Ravindra Jadeja brought India back into the match. Gibbs had milked 17 runs of S Sreesanths first over, prompting Dhoni to withdraw the bowler from attack, and the visitors threatened to run away with the match before Praveen Kumar castled Bosman and Jadejas double blow claimed Gibbs and AB de Villiers (25).

control problem there. Whats really impressive, though, is Operas performance: Its graphics rendering is unbelievable. Chrome 4 had us already whistling on the Canvas geography map rendering test, with a 31.75 score. Opera 10.5 Beta 1 scores a 63.50 on that same test.

The two teams shared a two-match Test series 1-1, India emerging winners in a nerve-racking second Test at Kolkata which helped the home side retain their position at the top of the International Cricket Councils rankings. India, however, have struggled to translate the superiority they have shown in Tests into the shorter formats of the game and Kallis hopes knowledge gained from association with Indias players during the IPL would give his team the edge. "A lot of teams are adapting to the conditions in the subcontinent a lot better because of spending more time here," said Kallis. "You end up playing with a lot of Indian players during the IPL, so you see how they do things and how their mentality works. "All of that does help and players all around the world are learning how to adapt better here now." Actor Uday Chopra says he took inspiration from his own love life to write his forthcoming movie 'Pyaar Impossible', a love story about a beauty and a geek.

Uday has teamed up with Priyanka Chopra in the film -- while he plays a geek, Priyanka will be seen as the most sought after beauty. Directed by Jugal Hansraj, 'Pyaar Impossible' is a romantic comedy that shows how Uday and Priyanka come together by a twist of fate and love blooms amidst all odds.
The film is releasing early next year and Uday is worried about audiences' reaction to his endeavour.
"It was good so far. I am really waiting to see how public takes the film," Uday told reporters at the RK Studio. He was here with Priyanka to cheer the participants of Sony's talent hunt show Dance Premier Leauge (DPL).

Director Siddharth Anand is excited about shooting Christmas celebrations in a restricted area of New York City with Priyanka Chopra and Ranbir Kapoor for his film 'Anjana Anjanai'. And he hopes it will snow when he cans the scenes.

If it won't snow, the carefully-planned concept of the lead pair bringing in Christmas in New York would fall flat. "Yeah, we're praying for a white Christmas in New York," said Anand.
Cameras are not allowed during the festive season at the world-famous Christmas Tree at Rockefeller Center, but the film's producer, Sajid Nadiadwala, has got all the necessary permission to shoot there.
"I don't know how Sajid did it. But he managed the near impossible. Priyanka, Ranbir and I are very excited about it," Anand, who had earlier directed films like 'Salaam Namaste' and 'Bachna Ae Haseeno', told us.
"Shooting in downtown New York during Christmas time is completely prohibited. We would be shooting not only in and around New York at Christmas time but also the Christmas Tree Director plans for white Christmas in New York
at Rockefeller Center, which is the tallest Christmas tree in the world. The tree there is 70 feet tall. That's equivalent to three storeys of a building," said Anand.
Ranbir will dress up as a typical New Yorker for the Christmas celebration sequences.
"My wife Mamta is styling Ranbir's clothes. He'll be dressed the way New Yorkers from West Village are. Very trendily in jackets, scarves, coats and woollens. We'll show Ranbir and Priyanka cruising the brightly lit-up streets of NY during Christmas. You'll see them shopping on camera. And that would be real Christmas shopping," he said.
